Restroom Attendant - Lower Deck

Tampa, FL

Lower Deck is Harbour Island's open-air waterfront bar and restaurant on Tampa Bay, where Tampa comes to unwind on the water. On Friday and Saturday nights the deck turns into a party: DJs spin from about 8:30 PM until close at 3 AM, with VIP couches, craft cocktails and no cover. We're looking for a dependable, friendly Restroom Attendant to keep our guest restrooms clean, stocked and running smoothly through our busiest nights. This is a part-time position, weekend nights only.

Schedule: Friday and Saturday nights, 8:00 PM – 3:00 AM

What you'll do

  • Keep restrooms clean throughout the shift: wipe sinks, counters, mirrors and fixtures; empty trash; spot-mop spills
  • Restock toilet paper, paper towels, soap and other supplies before they run out
  • Keep the restroom line orderly and moving, and greet guests in a friendly, professional way
  • Report maintenance issues, damage, safety concerns or guest misconduct to the manager on duty
  • Complete a full restroom clean and restock after close so they're ready for the next day

What we're looking for

  • Reliable availability every Friday and Saturday, 8 PM – 3 AM
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and doing physical cleaning work
  • Calm, polite and confident with guests in a busy late-night setting
  • Able to follow cleaning and safety procedures
  • No experience required; 18+

What's In It for You:

  • Competitive hourly wage
  • Employee Discount
  • Referral Program - Bring great people, get rewarded
  • Collaborative Team Environment
